Setting clear priorities and goals helps focus the City’s limited resources on the areas deemed most important by the City Council.  The City’s priorities and goals were updated through a collaborative and public process and adopted on June 21, 2021.   

There are five main priorities:  1) Fiscal and Operational Responsibility; 2) Economic Development; 3) Increased Opportunity and Housing Stability; 4) Safe and Clean Community; and 5) Infrastructure.

For each priority, there are specific goals and steps to take to meet those priorities.
