The City of Pomona’s Spill Emergency Response Plan (SERP) was updated on May 2023 per the new order which establishes the formal procedures for City staff to respond to, contain, correct, and clean up spills. The document is intended to minimize the effects of Spills on the environment while protecting the public’s health and safety.
