Fiscal Year 2023-24 Master Fee Schedule

In 2021, the City of Pomona undertook a comprehensive review of all City fees. A User Fee Study was performed by Willdan Financial Services to determine the full costs incurred by the City to provide service and support for various activities for which the City charges user fees.

The Master Fee Schedule represents the Council-adopted fees for the City of Pomona. It is a citywide comprehensive schedule covering most fee and charges across departments for services, permits, licenses, facility rentals, and programs.

An inflationary review exercise will be conducted annually with all departments as part of the annual budget process. The Finance Department will present the Master Fee Schedule to City Council and conduct a Public Hearing to review and approve any necessary changes identified at the Budget Study Session that occurs annually in early May.
