The Cannabis Business Tax is a general tax enacted solely for general governmental purposes of the city and not for specific purposes. (Pomona City Code - ARTICLE XI. - CANNABIS BUSINESS TAX)

The Cannabis Business Tax is due monthly. Proof of gross receipts or square footage is required with submittal.

or you can mail in or hand deliver your payment to Pomona City Hall using the Cannabis Business Tax Remittance Form.
