Application Process:

An Athletic Field and Facility Application can be obtained by contacting the Community Services Office at (909) 620-2321. Completed applications must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to regular season (practice/game schedules) and sixty (60) days for tournaments. An application must be completed in its entirety for consideration. Information omitted from the application may result in denial of the request or delay of the reservation process.
