All Rentals 

Rental fees are effective June 5, 2021.  

Rental includes use of main room, kitchen (no refrigerator at Washington), restrooms, and set up of tables and chairs.

All rentals must be made in person at the Community Services office at Palomares Park. Please call 909-620-2321 for availability.

  • 30 day advance notice is required for all rentals.
  • Maximum rental time is 8 hours.
  • Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • No alcohol allowed at any City facility.
  • Cancellations must be completed at least 14 days prior to reserved date.

Additional Fees

  • Refundable Deposit: $300.00 large centers; $150.00 small centers. Required at time of reservation.
  • Security Guards: $40.00/hr. for two guards. May be required at City's discretion.
  • Insurance: $113.00 for large centers; $81.00 for small centers.

  • More than 21 days before the event - Cash or check. No debit or credit cards.
  • Less than 21 days before the event - Cash Only
