Outcomes
- At least 10% reduction in shootings per year measured quantitatively by PPD data on homicides and non-fatal shootings and decreased recidivism for those at highest risk of violence and reduction of gun crime involvement
- Improved mental health and economic outcomes for individuals completing the Peacemaker Fellowship
- PPD able to employ procedural justice
- Structured protocols and activities to coordinate violence prevention in Pomona established by the OVP
- Long term support for neighborhood building and for families who experience intense violence
