Inclusive Pomona is a grant-funded project aimed at creating an inclusive community centered on evidence-based research, practices, and principles to better serve and meet the needs of youth, ages 3-21 years old with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

The project has contracted with Kids Included Together to provide a baseline knowledge of how to create a more inclusive environment. The project will provide youth with opportunities to develop friendships through participation in City-run youth sports programs that are integrated, inclusive, and accessible.
